Salad recipe with smoked chicken breast and champignons

Here is a recipe for a salad with smoked chicken breast and champignons:

Ingredients:

For the salad:

300 g smoked chicken breast, sliced or diced
200 g champignons, chopped
1 large cucumber, cut into thin half rings
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
4 cups fresh lettuce leaves (lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.)
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

For dressing:

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Fry the chicken breast in a frying pan until golden brown. Cool and cut into slices or cubes.

In the same pan, fry the chopped mushrooms until golden brown. Cool it down.

In a large bowl, combine lettuce leaves, chicken breast, mushrooms, cucumber, red onion, walnuts and parsley.

In a mixing bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently so that all the ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.

Serve the salad with smoked chicken breast and mushrooms immediately.
